Consumers are like sheep.A few apologies and some feel good ads about Toyota providing American jobs and we will follow.

They will have to spend the time and money to fix everything before consumer confidence can begin to turn around.

I am concerned with not only the cover up,but with the government's decision to minimize the fines for non disclosure. It seems as though we have not learned anything from the banking industry debacle

Man up to the problems and apologies to the consumers. This is just a bump in the road for Toyota. Here's some good advice for free. If you can, buy some shares of Toyota stock and go to sleep.

The United States needs to review its trade policy with other countries. We have the largest trade relationship with China and Japan and we allow them to send whatever they want into the United States for consumers to purchase. It’s disturbing news when China knowingly shipped toys into the US that contain lead and again…the United States did nothing about it. We need to stop borrowing money from them, pay down our debt and start manufacturing quality made products in the United States again. We need to be the lead nation again and show the world how it’s done!
