Which venue?

There is mounting opposition to Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to try the 9/11 terror suspects in civilian court opposed to a military tribunal.

Should the trial of the 9/11 terror suspects be held in a civilian court or in a military tribunal?

Tribunal without the miranda benefits of american citizens

Why does it matter?

These terrorists should be tried in civilian court. The justice should be doled out by the people in the communities that were attacked.

Larry,it does matter. These thugs do not deserve the right to even walk on American soil

They should be tried at the scene of the crime for all to see

I agree with Larry, what a waste of my money. I think I heard a report that, some of the terrorist have pleaded guilty already, so use that money to help lower the country debt.

We have had other terrorist trials in civilian court. Why the uproar over this one?

This whole thing has been over politicized!

The premise of where they should be tried overshadows the real question of whether they deserve due the process afforded to US citizens. I say no.I also believe the public trial may be a feel good for some ,but will only serve as a springboard to martydom for like minded kooks, sympathizers and anarchists.

Try them at the White House. They like that venue crap there. They want to be martyrs anyway, I voulenteerr to give them their 47 virgins or whatever it is they get. This is all a gross waste of time. I was in the hospital Tanya and heard your add on WHUR which I thought was pretty weird. A 2 cent .22 caliber bullet to the brain, no trial, no tribunal, just done. Eric Holder better hope he is always an appointed hack otherwise his wife will be wearing the pants in that house. I'll tell you what it's kill insanity, everything must be killed. The way my brain is brusied I know one day I will lay down and not get up, lived to die, just wonderful huh.

As long as justice is served.Venue does not matter. Why go the expense including security for a high profile court case?

The problem is much deeper when we tried the fist Trade Center bombers they were given the rights of US citizens and that included discloser and with that we had to give out info on who and how we new about terrorist and terrorist plots with all that out Binladin and others new we were on them and how so they chaged there ways and it has been much harder since then Prior to the end of that trial we had Binladin in our sights contless times only not to pull the triger.
