This should speak loud and clear to all people that even a homeless man can be honest enough to do the right thing. He could have taken it and pawn the item, but he didn't. This man was down on his luck. But if the American Govt would take an interest and find, create jobs for the homeless. Than they would not have been in the mess that they were in.
Kudos to this man.
