What's Your Take?

Social Media has been all abuzz about political correctness after NBC”s termination of Megyn Kelly for defending Blackface. Tearful apologies aside, this is clearly not the first racially insensitive comment attributed to the former Fox news anchor. Kelly reportedly sent a note of apology to colleagues describing herself as someone who is not “PC”. Supporters suggest she is a victim of political correctness gone amuck.

What’s Your Take? Was Megyn Kelly justifiably fired for racist insensitivity or a victim of political correctness?

I say both. She was paid enough money to hide her racist ideas. She like our President feel emboldened to say whatever the hell they want about anyone and get a pass.

NBC knew she was a racist when they hired her. They wanted to cash in on that Fox News money. Experiment went horribly wrong.Whoever hired her should be fired as well

If her show had been making money, her apology would have been enough. It ain't justified or PC. This was a convenient excuse

She was fired for an opinion, and as wrong as she was,her show was opinion based. Not hard news

Blackface is one of the most vile, degrading practices of our lifetime. This is justified just as if she said what was so wrong with Hitler

She should be on national TV and be that ignorant.I hope you plan to lay put just what harm Blackface has done to African Americans and stereotypes

Victim of PC! What about the Blacks that embraced Blackface? This is art. You may not like it,but it is still just art

She should have been fired even though she will be crying herself all the way to the bank.
