Do you believe the owners have colluded to keep Kaepernick out of the game?

Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has reportedly filed a lawsuit against NFL team owners. Many believe Kaepernick has been deliberately kept out of the league following his protest against racial injustice in the US.

What’s your take? Do you believe the owners have colluded to keep Kaepernick out of the game? Do you think Kaepernick can win this case against the NFL?
