What's Your Take?

A Black barber in Oklahoma was asked by a white customer to shave a confederate flag into his head. While the barber initially thought it was racist, he didn’t deny the customer’s request citing that the shop is open to all people, even those with different political views. A photo of the haircut posted by the barber has reportedly created a firestorm on Facebook , with many condemning the haircut.

What’s your take? Would you have honored the customer’s request for a confederate flag haircut?

No.I wouldn't.Why are SOME Black people so forgiving? That bakery refused to bake a cake for a gay couple and faced the risks of the decision. Not enough money in the world to make me sell my soul

This is cultural appropriation at it's worst.A White guy in a Black barber shop getting a Black fade haircut with a racist symbol.Wrong on so many levels.

No way.And if I may ask a question please. Why is it that no one in 45's administration has talked about the young brother beaten to death in Greece. We heard days and days of nauseating reports of the kid that North Korea sent back.Damn shame. Please cover it.

I have no problem with it.

We should not support that flag in any way.Did you hear about the the beating of a young Black man in Greece and the Louisiana deputy that killed the young brother with his hands on his back on the ground. He and his girlfriend were out frog hunting in all all terrain vehicle.

Did you hear about this?Where is the outrage? An argument over a selfie may have led to the death of a 22-year-old American in Greece.
From CBS News

Bakari Henderson was killed after a fight broke out early Friday. Witnesses say he and his friends wanted to take a photo with the waitress, which angered one of the bouncers. It happened on the Greek Island of Zakynthos, a popular destination for tourists,CBS News correspondent Tony Dokoupil reports.

Police say at least 10 people followed Henderson out of the bar, including the bouncer and another employee. They are accused of beating Henderson and leaving him unconscious in the street.

The White guy may not be racist, but definitely uninformed as well as the barber.Did you see Dr.Umar Johnson on Roland Martin? What's your take on interracial marriage and how a Black with a White wife or husband is somehow not an authentic African American? Would you have him on your show?

I wouldn't have done it if I was that barber.Everyone is weighing in on Dr. Umar Johnson. Are you going to share part of the interview with Roland Martin?Curious to see what your panel feels about Blacks marrying Whites
