Signs that the Earth is warming are recorded all over the globe. The easiest way to see increasing temperatures is through the thermometer records kept over the past century and a half. Around the world, the Earth's average temperature has risen more than 1 degree over the last century, and about twice that in parts of the Arctic.

I just read this:"Left unchecked, climate change will bring new extremes to life both in America and across the globe. Sea levels will continue to rise. Ecosystems will disappear. Climate displacement will become more common.

Scientists who testified at a US senate hearing in 2013 warned climate change could wipe out places like New Orleans and Atlantic City, New Jersey."
