Should the government restrict purchases and activities of welfare recipients?
Lawmakers in Missouri are pushing for legislation that would ban food stamp recipients from purchasing items including steak, seafood, cookies, chips, soft drinks. A proposed Kansas bill would not allow welfare recipients to withdraw more than $25 per day in ATM cash withdrawals. The bill also prohibits welfare recipients from spending their benefits at certain types of businesses, including liquor stores, fortune tellers, swimming pools and cruise ships.

This may be a stupid question, but what atm will give you $25? So I would have to make two transactions at a cost of $2.50 to get my $25.(ATMS use denominations of (20) It will cost $5 to get $25? This is a stupid idea
