Summer is here!

A recent article reminds us that regardless of the color of your skin, you should always wear sunscreen when in direct sunlight. The sunblock should contain a minimum sun protection factor of 15. This will help to block ultraviolet rays from your skin. The article also suggests  SPF 30 or higher if you will be outdoors for an extended period of time.
How about You? Do you apply a sunscreen when in direct sunlight?
