Former NFL quarterback Michael Vick, who is currently serving a 23 month prison sentence for his role in a dog fighting operation, could be moved to a halfway house in January.  He is scheduled to be released from federal custody by the summer of 2009.

The Twilight Zone!

On Tuesday the Governor of Illinois,Rod Blagojevich,was arrested for federal corruption charges. Charges that allleged the Governor attempted to sell the President elect's former Senate seat. The scandal, according to U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald "...has taken us to a new low" one that "...would make Lincoln roll over in his grave."  Without skipping a beat, the Governor returned to work with full governing authority with the power to name a replacement or appoint himself to the vacant Senate seat if he desires. 

Are we in the Twilight Zone- where corruption in our government is rampant and it is business as usual?
