Move Forward Vote!

Tuesday November 4th is Election Day, a very critical one. Our country has suffered a tremendous setback from a lack of government leadership and accountability that has us engaged in an ill-conceived war, a mortgage crisis, economic turmoil, bailouts and golden parachutes for Wall Street and the list can go on. Reversing this downward spiral is going to be difficult to say the least --- but which candidate is really about change that can get us out of this mess?In my assessment, Senator John...

G. O. P . "Greed Over Principle"

Change is imperative! What do you think?

"Say it ain't so,John!"

Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin appeared out of nowhere and onto the national scene, drawing larger crowds than running mate John McCain. After several interviews and her apparent inability to clearly define the duties of the vice president on at least four different occasions, it is crystal clear to me that Sarah Palin does not possess the skills, qualifications or experience necessary to be second or first in command if the circumstance arises. In my opinion, this is a direct reflection of John McCain's judgment and what we could expect if he is elected.

What was John McCain thinking? Was he simply picking a female for the "wow factor" or was it designed to appeal to the Hillary faithful,or to recruit the bubba vote?

Deserve to know!

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee held hearings this week into the investigation of what went wrong on Wall Street and who should be held accountable.Unlike the continuous major media play by play of the proceedings, approval and signing of the $700 billion bailout plan, the congressional hearings in the scrutiny of Lehman’s collapse and the cause for AIG’ rescue did not capture the same intense media coverage. Billion and billions of taxpayer dollars have been approved...

Who's ready?

Many tuned in for the presidential and vice presidential debates.

Which presidential candidate is ready to fix the mess our country is in, if elected?

Let's get it started!

In light of all that has occurred over the past seven years, and now with the recent financial crisis, we can’t afford another fours year with a president that is out of touch with the American people and the issues of America as a whole. We have to reject the political rhetoric that far too often becomes the platform of a presidential election. Negative attacks along with media propaganda and hype won’t change the issues and are only a distraction to what’s really important....
